Join the team at Columbia Bible College as an Admissions Representative—a dynamic, people-focused role where you’ll inspire and guide future students on their educational journey. As an ambassador for the college, you’ll connect with prospective students, families, and community influencers, walking alongside applicants from their first inquiry all the way through to orientation. This full-time position blends on-campus work with opportunities to represent Columbia at schools, churches, conferences, and events across the Lower Mainland and beyond. If you enjoy building relationships, traveling, and being part of meaningful moments in students’ lives, this role offers a rewarding mix of connection, purpose, and adventure—including occasional evenings and weekends.

What you bring:

  • A heart for Christian higher education with a desire to help shape the next generation of wholehearted Christ-followers, and an obvious love for the church
  • Strong relational instincts with the ability to build trust quickly with students, families, and partners
  • Excellent communication skills across in-person, phone, and written formats
  • Confidence in public speaking and presenting to youth and parents
  • Organizational strength and attention to detail in managing multiple prospective students
  • Initiative and follow-through in managing recruitment pipelines and communication workflows
  • Willingness and enthusiasm for travel, including evenings and weekends

What we offer:

  • $42,000 – $45,000 annually
  • Comprehensive benefits and pension
  • Christian community of colleagues who share your faith and values
  • Campus amenities including gym access, library, and cafeteria discounts
