Director of Facilities and Campus Safety
Full job description linked below.
Columbia Bible College is seeking a Director of Facilities and Campus Safety to lead the care and stewardship of the campus where our students learn, worship, and grow in community.
This is a full-time leadership role for someone who sees a well-run, safe, and welcoming campus as part of the mission — not a backdrop to it. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll lead our Maintenance and Custodial teams, manage capital projects and contracted services, chair our Health and Safety Committee, and lead emergency preparedness. It’s a true player-coach role: strategic most days, hands-on when it counts.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of facilities management experience, including team leadership
- Practical knowledge of building systems and capital projects
- Trades background (Red Seal an asset) and a player-coach work ethic
- A heart for Christian higher education and an obvious love for the church
What we offer:
- $85,000–$90,000 annually, plus benefits and an employer-matched pension
- Purpose-driven leadership shaping the next generation of Christian leaders
- A Christ-centered community of colleagues who share your faith and values
- Campus amenities including gym access, library, and cafeteria discounts
All employees for Columbia Bible College must be in agreement with and committed to the following confessional statements: CBC Mission Statement, BCMB or MCBC Confessional Statement, Responsibilities of Community Membership Statement and the ABHE Tenets of Faith.
