Chloe Plett

Chloe loves walking alongside young adults as they grow in faith and discover God’s calling on their lives. She has worked at Columbia since August 2026, after graduating with a BA in Theology, majoring in Leadership and minoring in Worship Arts. Before joining Columbia, she worked in a variety of roles including horticulture, farming, camp ministry, education, and church leadership. At Columbia, she hopes to be an encouraging presence for students, helping them embrace God’s grace and the potential He has placed within them. She enjoys learning new creative skills like crochet and watercolour, loves hiking, and is practicing silence and solitude more intentionally.
