Dining Services

With a dedicated team behind the scenes, Columbia's food offerings are seriously good: delicious, fresh, fun and healthy. Our kitchen has great connections with farmers and vendors and incorporates local produce and ingredients into the menus whenever possible. The Dining Hall accepts cash, debit, MasterCard, VISA and the CBC Meal Card (student card).

How Meal Plans Work

  • Meal plans work like a debit card. Money is loaded onto your 1Card. At the dining till, just swipe your card to pay for your meal or snack, and your balance will decline.
  • You can add more money to your meal plan at any point in the semester.
  • We expect all students to use the minimum meal plan amount on their student card. If a student requires a refund for a specific reason, they will need to submit their application to Student Development for consideration.
