President
Steve’s heartbeat is to develop Christian leaders and invest in the next generation. He has worked at Columbia since February 2024 after leading Arrow Leadership for 12 years, and thousands of hours coaching, mentoring, speaking, and cheering on amazing leaders from around the world. He finds it inspiring to be with Columbia’s students and team, seeing them lean into their faith as they seek to glorify God. Steve and his wife Lea have three adult children, and he’s the part-time dog walker for two miniature schnauzers. He loves to run, hike, and bike, and he’s the author of several books: Jesus Centered: Focusing on Jesus in a Distracted World, Leading Me: Eight Practices for a Christian Leader’s Most Important Assignment, and Great Questions for Leading Well.
