Introduction to Theatre opens with the basic components of theatre. It explores the theatrical elements of voice, movement, characterization and improvisation, both theoretically and experientially. It also explores various roles and positions within theatre and how they contribute to meaning. The course develops the tools needed to successfully take a story, scripture or script and produce it on stage.
